Shipping & Delivery

We use third-party dropshipping suppliers and fulfilment centres. Products may ship from different countries or warehouses, and one order may arrive in multiple packages with separate tracking numbers.

Order processing normally takes 2 to 7 business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch is normally 7 to 20 business days for the United States and United Kingdom. Estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, or high-volume periods.

Where tracking is available, we will send tracking details by email after dispatch. Tracking may take a few days to activate.

Unless checkout expressly states that duties and taxes are included, the recipient may be responsible for customs duties, import VAT or tax, and clearance fees. All-Fitness Apparel does not control these charges.

If your order is overdue, please check the delivery address and check with household members or neighbours before contacting us. If a carrier confirms your parcel was lost before delivery, we will offer a replacement, reshipment, or refund.

Returns & Refunds

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with original tags where applicable.

Before sending anything back, contact us at mqondisigwalad@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send written instructions and the authorised return address. Do not return items to the address printed on the parcel.

For change-of-mind returns, you normally pay the return shipping cost. For items that are faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we cover reasonable return costs.

UK customers retain statutory 14-day cancellation rights for most online purchases.

Direct exchanges may not always be possible. We may ask you to return the item for a refund and place a new order.

After an authorised return is received and inspected, approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Please allow extra time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
